  • We want you to love your Trece Marías piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

    Eligibility for Returns

    To qualify for a return:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

    • All original tags and packaging must be included

    • The return must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date

    Because each bag is handmade in small batches by artisans in Mexico, we carefully inspect every piece before shipping to ensure the highest quality.

    How to Start a Return

    To initiate a return, please email us at ilse@trecemarias.com with:

    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for return

    Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

    Refunds

    After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Final sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Items that show signs of wear or damage not due to a manufacturing defect
  • Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your request and work with you to find a solution.

  • Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery in the near future. Stay tuned for updates as we grow

  • We keep a limited number of items in stock. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days from the date your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
