As a small, independent destination for curated accessories, we operate a little differently than major retailers. We partner directly with independent designers and master artisans to bring you small-batch, thoughtfully crafted goods.

Because of the highly curated nature of our collections and the dedicated time it takes our artisan partners to craft these pieces, we cannot absorb the steep logistical and environmental costs associated with reverse shipping. Therefore, all sales are final.

We want you to absolutely love your purchase, so we encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, and materials before checking out. If you have any questions about a specific piece, please reach out to us—we are always here to help you make the perfect choice!

Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your request and work with you to find a solution.
